I love history and I love romance, which is why I have so enjoyed writing “The Yellow Diamond”. Strong characters – although in different ways, and exiting plots, form the bases of my books.

 

It is set in 1817, and follows the fortunes of Piers and Rosalie Abbot and Mrs Amanda Fletcher, their guardian, during their visit to London. Amanda has been obliged to bring with her the Abbot family heirloom – a fabulous yellow diamond with her. It is already the subject of mysterious anonymous notes, and she seeks the help of Justin, Marquis of Coverdale, with whose mother they are staying. But is Rosalie safe? Who is the man who secretly listens to her practising the harp? Will Amanda’s growing feelings for the marquis be disillusioned?
